Refund policy

W O V E N Curated Goods Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns, exchanges or store credit on sale items or gift cards.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@wovencuratedgoods.com. Please let us know why you would like to return the product, we can then finalize the return and you can ship the product back to us. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 642 Vesuvius Bay Rd, Salt Spring Island, B.C, CANADA, V8K 1H5. Please note:

W O V E N Curated Goods does not assume shipping costs, customs duties, or fees associated with exchanges or returns. 

Exchanges and store credit

If your return is accepted, you may receive an exchange or store credit. Store credit is the equivalent to cash and can be used on whatever you like. You have one year from the accepted return date to use your credit. Please note:

Any additional shipping charges incurred when sending out an exchange will be billed to you, the customer, and shipped according to your preferred method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note: Once an order has shipped, W O V E N Curated Goods is not responsible for items that are damaged in the shipping process. We highly recommend you choose a shipping option that includes insurance. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned under any circumstance, like perishable goods (such as food, spices, oils, etc), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care or apothecary goods (such as skincare/body care/intimate care/perfumes). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Refunds
Unfortunately we do not do refunds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are more than happy to offer you an exchange or shop credit.
