Shipping policy

W O V E N Curated Goods Shipping and Handling Policies. 

All orders are shipped from Salt Spring Island, BC, Canada within 1–3 business days of receiving your order. We currently only ship using Canada Post but we will be updating this to also include UPS in the very near future. This will depend on your location and preferred delivery method.

If you have any special shipping instructions, please include them in the notes section at checkout or contact us directly after placing your order. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your request.

Free Shipping 

We offer free shipping within Canada for orders over $200 (before tax) This is automatic at check-out.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, weather, or carrier delays. While we do our utmost to ensure timely delivery, W O V E N Curated Goods cannot guarantee specific delivery dates once a package has left our care.

Duties, Customs & Taxes

For U.S and International orders, all duties, customs fees, and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer. These are included and added at checkout.

Responsibility and lost packages

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Once an order has shipped, W O V E N Curated Goods is not responsible for items that are lost, delayed, damaged or stolen in transit. We are unable to replace or refund packages that have been confirmed as delivered or left unclaimed.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items that are not received due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Exchanges and returns shipping policies

W O V E N Curated Goods does not assume shipping costs, customs duties, or fees of any kind associated with exchanges or returns.

Any additional shipping charges incurred when sending out an exchange will be billed to you, the customer, and shipped according to your preferred method.

Orders that are abandoned, refused, or returned to sender due to unsuccessful delivery will be billed for return shipping and any related fees.
