HA KO Sleep is a gentle invitation to unwind and ease into rest. Each washi-paper leaf is hand-crafted by artisans on Awaji Island, Japan and releases a calming blend of lavender, cedarwood, and patchouli as it burns. Lavender quiets the mind, cedar grounds the body, and patchouli adds a warm, comforting depth. While the original HA KO collection highlights single notes, this special blend layers fragrances chosen to quiet the senses and encourage deep, restorative sleep.

ABOUT ABOUT HA KO INCENSE
Legend has it that Japan’s incense tradition began when a single piece of fragrant agarwood washed ashore on the rocky coast of Awaji Island in the 6th century. Though centuries have passed, Awaji remains the quiet heart of Japanese fragrance, a place where tradition and artistry continue to breathe. On this island, the craftspeople of Kunjudo, an incense house established more than 120 years ago, still shape incense with a level of care and refinement that feels almost timeless. Their work carries forward one of Japan’s classical arts, honouring a lineage of scent, ceremony, and craftsmanship. From this deep well of experience comes HA KO, a gentle reimagining of incense that marries ancient tradition with thoughtful, contemporary design.
